Reiki Level I Training

Learn the origins and principles of Reiki as a practice, techniques for cultivating intuition and spiritual connection, human energetic anatomy, strategies for practicing reiki on yourself and in the environment, and explore how Reiki might (already) align with your personal beliefs and practices. Includes 2 days of training, training manual, guide, and a lifetime of mentorship/community.

Movement & Mind Workshop

75 minute sessions include:
45 minutes of MixxedFit followed by a mindfulness practice which may include guided meditation, writing exercises, breathwork, and facilitator-led conversation.
Sessions may be tailored to specific themes or goals.
