Reiki Level I Training

Learn the origins and principles of Reiki as a practice, techniques for cultivating intuition and spiritual connection, human energetic anatomy, strategies for practicing reiki on yourself and in the environment, and explore how Reiki might (already) align with your personal beliefs and practices. Includes 2 days of training, training manual, guide, and a lifetime of mentorship/community.

Movement & Mind Workshop
$150/session up to 5 participants
$7 per person each additional participant
90 minute sessions include:
30 minutes of Zumba (to get the blood flowing), followed by guided meditation, and sharing space to reflect on self care and what it means to be holistically well. Option available to center session around specific themes or goals.
